Responsibilities
Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule interviews, extend offers, and provide timely candidate updates
ATS & Data Management: Maintain accurate applicant data in the ATS, manage hiring records, and process recruiting documentation
Recruiter & Hiring Manager Support: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate hiring activities and support recruiting workflows
Onboarding Coordination: Guide new hires through initial onboarding steps and ensure completion of required documentation
Job Posting & Recruiting Support: Post job descriptions, assist with sourcing activities, and support recruiting events as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptionally organized professional with strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Effective time management
Ability to multitask
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, or administrative support within a fast-paced professional environment
