Responsibilities
Build high-quality presentations and materials for board meetings, investors, and partners
Develop and maintain financial models, analyses, and strategic frameworks
Support special projects across strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and operations
Manage and prioritize the CEO’s initiatives and follow-ups across teams
Help run the office and support day-to-day operational needs as required
Coordinate multiple calendars, priorities and ensure all deadlines are met
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in banking, management consulting, private equity, or similar
Strong analytical, powerpoint, and financial modeling skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment
Strong communication skills and executive presence
Able to commute to Gameto's Austin office at least 2x a week
Preferred
Interest in healthcare, biotech, or startups is a plus
