Responsibilities

Support time studies, workflow mapping, and tooling updates
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and throughput
Identify opportunities where automation could improve efficiency and assist with early cost-benefit analysis
Collaborate with R&D and Design Engineering during product transitions and provide manufacturability feedback
Learn build processes, quality checkpoints, and operator workflows; assist with documentation and standard work

Qualification

Manufacturing Engineering TechnologyProcess ImprovementAutomationCAD/SolidWorksAnalytical SkillsMicrosoft OfficeCommunication SkillsProblem-Solving SkillsDetail-Oriented

Required

Pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
Curious, driven, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment
Comfortable working on the production floor and collaborating with engineers and operators
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to CAD/SolidWorks is a plus
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
