Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences and effectively assist with inquiries
Experience in Food & Beverage service to ensure guests have access to refreshments and can enjoy a seamless spa experience
Ability to offer Sales support by promoting spa services, memberships, and retail products effectively
Willingness and aptitude for Training to ensure consistent service standards and knowledge of spa procedures
Professional demeanor, organizational skills, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Preferred
Previous hospitality or spa experience is a plus
