Gracie's Corner is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the Chief Administrator and executive leadership team. Responsibilities

Manage and maintain calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating availability
Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, follow-ups, and documentation
Handle email correspondence, document organization, and file management
Provide full general administrative and business support across the organization
Coordinate logistics for virtual meetings and occasional travel needs
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Assist with light reporting, data tracking, and maintaining operational spreadsheets
Support basic research projects related to business operations, partnerships, and vendor management
Help compile summaries and reports for internal review and leadership use
Track tasks, deadlines, and operational workflows using tools such as Monday.com
Conduct research to identify counterfeit websites, unauthorized sellers, and IP misuse across online platforms
Maintain organized records and spreadsheets documenting findings
Support the Chief Administrator in coordinating with legal teams, platform partners, or third-party vendors regarding takedown efforts
Monitor ongoing issues and assist with tracking resolution status
Process and manage Cameo Kids orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper tracking
Assist with documentation of internal processes and standard operating procedures
Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree required
2–3+ years of administrative, executive support, or operations-related experience preferred
Experience supporting multiple executives and managing complex calendars
Strong organizational, research, and analytical skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting, and maintaining documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Familiarity with project management and workflow tools such as Monday.com (or similar platforms)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Must reside in the state of Texas
