Responsibilities

Demolition, mitigation, construction, and restoration of residential properties damaged by water and/or mold
Ability to be part of a team, working alongside peers and managers to successfully complete mitigation jobs in a timely and professional manner
Ensure that the project is completed in the established timeframe and meets the customer’s satisfaction
Ability to work with a wide assortment of construction and demolition tools as well as specialized drying equipment
Comfortable working in confined areas such as crawlspaces and attics - construction, labor, demolition
Able to follow directions given by Crew Chiefs
Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines
Have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays (flexible rotating schedule)
High level of listening skills and positive attitude
Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
Background in plumbing, demolition, water/mold mitigation and/or carpentry is a plus but not required
Must be punctual and reliable

Required

A valid driver's license is necessary
