Responsibilities
Building knowledge serving sub-systems & APIs
Developing on-device data processing runtime & storage
Learning from and mentoring others
Advancing your career in a close-knit, growing team
Building intelligent features across Apple products
Collaborating with different teams at Apple to create technology
Contributing to a variety of aspects in the tech stack
Shipping code that runs on devices used by many people
Solving challenging, real-world problems
Qualification
Required
B.S or M.S in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Strong computer science fundamentals required - no matter how you got them
Ability to write reliable, resilient, performant and well-tested code
Strong problem solving and debugging skills
Strong technical communication and presentation skills
Hands-on experience with at least one compiled language (C/C++/Objective-C, Swift, Go, Java, Rust, etc.), and multi-threaded applications
Experience building production software systems within large engineering projects
Preferred
Familiarity with database systems and operating system concepts
Experience with performance profiling and tracing tools
Experience with macOS/iOS development
