Sales Representative - Off & On-Premise
Hatch Celler is a forward-thinking consultant and broker specializing in craft beverages. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to promote and sell craft beverages, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet targets and expand market share for our diverse portfolio of craft alcohol, non-alcoholic, and THC-infused products
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, including bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and other retail outlets
Actively prospect and cold-call potential clients to identify new sales opportunities and increase our footprint in the market
Conduct engaging product presentations and tastings to educate customers on our offerings, including alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and THC beverages, driving brand loyalty
Provide top-tier customer support, quickly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction
Stay informed on trends in the craft alcohol, non-alcoholic, and THC beverage markets, along with competitor activities, to spot growth opportunities
Represent Hatch at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and generate new leads
Regularly communicate sales progress and market insights to management to guide business strategy
Qualification
Required
Experience selling alcoholic, non-alcoholic, or THC-infused beverages, with a background in either on-premise (bars, restaurants) or off-premise (liquor stores, retail) accounts
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the alcoholic, non-alcoholic, or THC beverage industries
Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for craft alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, and THC-infused products
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to build rapport and close deals
Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and deliver results
A collaborative mindset with a passion for working with a dynamic and energetic team
