Manager, Supply Chain Operations Systems – Sayreville, NJ - Hybrid

Responsibilities
Serves as Subject Matter Expert and primary technical support for Supply Chain Systems (WMS, TMS, LMS)
Ensures operational system integrity through setup, configuration, code promotion, and control processes
Monitors system performance, performs maintenance and backups as needed
Serves as project lead for systems implementations and leads User Acceptance Testing
Interfaces with Operations staff to review procedures and maximize efficiencies
Coordinates with Information Technology to resolve upstream/downstream systems issues
Provides regular communication to Operations and internal departments on operational matters
Establishes root cause analysis and manages technical resolution pipeline
Designs and develops tools for analyzing operational activities
Conducts feasibility analysis on processes and equipment
Calculates cost/benefit and business impact and proposes solutions
Investigates and recommends new technologies and information systems
Identifies areas for improving service levels, reducing costs, and enhancing operations
Develops standardized and ad hoc reporting for site, management and customers
Serves as site expert on WMS logic and functionality
Trains Operations team on using WMS and related systems
Ensures compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
Qualification
Required
6 years with exceptional Tier-1 Warehouse Management Systems experience
2-4 years' experience working with ERP technical functionality
Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational, time-management, and project management skills
Experience in managing application development lifecycle (specification, testing, implementation)
Strong technical knowledge of databases and database architecture
Ability to read/write SQL and working knowledge of reporting tools and web development languages
Proficient in business systems analysis, process improvement methodologies, and change management protocols
Subject matter expert for all Supply Chain Systems functionality within our Distribution Network
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, project management, analytical, prioritization skills

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Peoplesoft) and advanced Excel skills are required
A mastery of organizational and project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple initiatives/deadlines autonomously and shift priorities, as necessary
Able to manage and present large, complex projects

Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in: Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is preferred

Systems implementation and systems project management experience preferred
Understanding of Sysco's key business metrics and systems – preferred
