They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of development work for AutoBid, a cloud-based B2B SaaS platform supporting U.S. government procurement workflows.

Responsibilities
Conduct daily standup meetings to coordinate efforts, track progress, and resolve blockers for a remote development team
Own quarterly development planning, including roadmap definition, milestone sequencing, and capacity planning
Reconcile new feature requests, operational asks, and compliance requirements against committed development objectives
Partner closely with engineering, DevOps, security, and product stakeholders to translate system needs into executable plans
Track progress across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and utilities services, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines
Plan and track development work against system performance metrics such as availability SLOs, incident trends, and operational KPIs
Coordinate release planning and change management processes in alignment with CI/CD and production deployment practices
Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans, including dependency management and scope trade-offs
Maintain clear documentation of plans, decisions, and trade-offs for internal stakeholders and leadership
Support post-incident reviews by tracking remediation work and ensuring follow-through on corrective actions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or delivery leadership roles
Demonstrated experience planning and managing development work on a quarterly cadence
Demonstrated experience successfully managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong ability to evaluate new requests and reconcile them against existing commitments and capacity
Experience working with cloud-based SaaS systems in production environments
Hands-on familiarity with modern software development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and change management processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use operational and performance metrics to guide planning and prioritization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Prior experience as a software engineer, DevOps engineer, or technical lead
Prior experience with the Atlassian suite of development productivity tools (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, etc)
Experience managing systems with high availability and reliability targets (e.g., 99.9%+ SLOs)
Familiarity with AWS-based architectures and distributed systems
Experience supporting security, compliance, or audit-driven development requirements (e.g., SOC, risk remediation)
Background working with data pipelines, ML/LLM-enabled systems, or automation-heavy platforms
