Responsibilities
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments
Verify all route deposits. (On-Premise and Retail)
Secure money room at all times
Complete and validate nightly deposit
Communicate any errors on deposit to manager
Issue and track all change funds according to procedures set forth in the security policies and procedures manual
Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to order office supplies
Greet visitors entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations
Ensure all visitors sign in and out according to policies and procedures
Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine
Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
Handles On-Premise administrative duties:
House invoices
Item ordering
Distribute service and product calls to ensure timely response
Process Inbound and Outbound Blue Bag process
Handle retail house sales tickets, retail manual sales tickets and process and track donation tickets
Responsible for balancing and maintaining cash box
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
Must be able to read, write, and speak in the English language
Must be able to perform basic mathematics
Must be proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Calculators, Telephone, Multi-line switchboards/Scanners, Desktop/laptop computers, iPhone/iPad
