Responsibilities

Lead the professional development of the sales team through consistent, on-site coaching, supplemented by structured individual meetings and targeted performance enhancement sessions
Partner with the Senior Manager of Inside Sales to execute departmental sales strategies, identify opportunities for process optimization, and implement clearly documented operational workflows
Oversee team performance through the diligent tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), providing guidance and ensuring the attainment of established sales quotas
Cultivate a high-performance culture centered on professional accountability, continuous improvement, and the recognition of outstanding contributions
Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives by participating in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new sales personnel

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of five years of professional sales experience, evidenced by a demonstrable record of success
Demonstrated experience in a sales management or team leadership capacity requiring direct operational involvement
A leadership methodology focused on active, on-the-floor coaching and direct team engagement
Possession of exceptional skills in coaching, training, and professional mentorship
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and experience utilizing data analytics for performance management
Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics

Preferred

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Prior experience within a call center or a high-volume inside sales environment is considered advantageous

Benefits

Monthly Incentive: $2,500 at target, based on achievement of sales quotas
Annual Incentive Plan at Target: $30,000
Bonus Potential: Uncapped
