Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks that support end-to-end, scenario-level testing
Create and execute automated test cases covering authentication flows, system security scenarios, and usability
Execute test plans, test scenarios, scripts, and procedures to validate system changes prior to release
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix failures in automated test runs
Identify, analyze, and document defects using a defect tracking system, and collaborate with engineers on resolution
Track defect lifecycle, monitor fixes, and validate successful resolution
Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports
Maintain repositories or databases of known defects and test results
Plan testing schedules and strategies aligned with project scope, milestones, and delivery timelines
Continuously improve test coverage and framework scalability based on evolving requirements
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
8–10 years of professional experience in software testing or test automation
7–8+ years of experience designing and developing automation test frameworks
7–8+ years of experience building and executing end-to-end, scenario-level automated test cases
7–8+ years of experience troubleshooting and fixing automation test failures
Strong experience writing test documentation such as test plans, test scripts, and test result reports
Ability to analyze and interpret test results and provide actionable recommendations
Strong self-driven work style with the ability to ramp up quickly in complex technical environments
Preferred
Experience testing operating system–level components
Familiarity with security concepts, authentication flows, and secure system design
Experience working on cybersecurity-focused or security-hardening initiatives
Experience enhancing or scaling large-scale automation test frameworks
Strong understanding of end-to-end customer scenarios and real-world usage patterns
