Independent Sales Representative
Paradigm Solutions International (PSI) is a renowned provider of business continuity planning software and certified consulting services. They are seeking an Independent Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients while presenting product demonstrations for their OPSPlanner™ BCM solutions.

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Presenting product demonstrations for OPSPlanner™ BCM solutions
Meeting sales targets
Preparing proposals
Maintaining customer records

Enhancing client satisfaction
Acting as the primary point of contact through the sales cycle
Collaborating with the internal team to address customer requirements
Qualification
Required
Proven skills in sales, client prospecting, and client relationship management
Experience in preparing and delivering software product presentations and customized proposals
Knowledge of business continuity management tools, disaster recovery systems, and risk assessment solutions
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and other digital sales platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while managing time effectively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field preferred but not required
Experience in the software or business continuity industry is a plus
