Responsibilities
Support the Creative Services Manager and senior designers in executing day-to-day design needs
Assist in creating marketing and sales materials including presentations, brochures, flyers, signage, and digital assets
Adapt existing design templates and assets to meet specific sales, retail, or promotional needs
Help maintain brand consistency across all visual materials by following established brand guidelines
Create production-ready files for print and digital use under guidance and review
Assist with point-of-sale (POS) materials, in-store signage, and basic packaging layouts
Support catalog updates by assisting with layout revisions, image placement, and content updates
Prepare and update digital assets for email campaigns, social media, and web use
Make revisions based on feedback from internal stakeholders and the creative team
Organize and maintain design files, ensuring proper versioning and file structure
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure design deliverables meet timelines and project requirements
Assist with vendor and printer file prep as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
2+ years of professional graphic design experience (internships or freelance experience acceptable)
A portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills, including layout, typography, and digital/print work
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles
Willingness to learn and accept feedback in a collaborative environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance and direction
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Preferred
Interest in apparel, outdoor, tactical, or lifestyle brands is a plus but not required
