Automotive
Responsibilities
Troubleshooting hardware, software and problems with Windows PCs, Macs, and printers
Some coding and collaborating with peers to ensure that solutions are solved and align with the University’s and Computer Lab’s needs
Troubleshooting network connectivity issues
Imaging both Windows PC and Mac computers
Applying regular software updates to lab computers on a weekly basis
Qualification
Required
Current full-time or part-time WSU student
Customer service experience
Basic understanding of modern computing standards including hardware, operating systems, and networking and coding practices
Preferred
Technical support experience a plus
