Responsibilities
Assist the GME director with the day-to-day administrative activities to help facilitate the efficient operation of the office
Possess excellent knowledge and experience regarding a wide range of clerical services and office procedures
Help with the coordination of ad hoc and special projects under supervision
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of software applications including: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Working Knowledge of office procedures, including maintaining and retrieving data, filing/archiving
Clerical skills such as taking meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, maintaining multiple calendars, scanning, and copying contracts, notes, and other documents, and ordering supplies
Ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
