They are seeking an Advertising Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end campaign setup, delivery, inventory management, and reporting while collaborating with various teams to improve campaign performance and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities
Set up and manage campaigns in our ad server (Kevel), ensuring accurate targeting, pacing, and delivery parameters
Review creatives for proper sizing and specs; flag anything that won't perform or doesn't meet platform standards
Monitor campaign pacing and delivery daily; troubleshoot and escalate issues quickly when things go sideways
Own impression inventory planning; proactively flag under-delivery risks and help Sales avoid conflicts
Handle client-facing operational communication—gathering assets, answering questions, keeping launches on track
Generate and distribute monthly billing, pacing, and performance reports
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve advertiser outcomes
Collaborate with Development on new ad formats, bug fixes, and operational improvements
Coordinate with our ad-server partners on product feedback, feature requests, and troubleshooting
Manage IO workflow: send DocuSign agreements, track commitments, and coordinate with Finance for invoicing
Qualification
Required
2–3 years in advertising operations with hands-on ad server experience
Highly detail-oriented. Ability to catch errors others miss and keep clean records
Clear, confident written communication for client-facing emails
Comfortable working in imperfect systems and ambiguous environments
Proactive and solutions-oriented: you ask questions, challenge processes, and push issues to resolution
Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Development, and Finance
Preferred
Familiarity with platforms like Kevel, GAM, or similar (Kevel experience a plus, not required)
Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
