Responsibilities

Translate high‑level product strategy into clear, actionable user stories and maintain a well‑prioritized, groomed product backlog
Lead grooming, planning, and review sessions to align engineering, operations, and stakeholder teams on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations
Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, clarifying requirements, removing blockers, and ensuring work aligns with acceptance criteria
Review completed work against defined criteria and make the final determination on readiness for release
Communicate release status, manage shifting priorities, and collaborate with Product Managers to shape mid‑to‑long‑term roadmaps
Identify continuous process improvements to enhance team velocity, feature quality, and overall product delivery efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent related field
3–5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or a similar technical product‑focused role
Strong ability to translate high‑level concepts into detailed, actionable user stories and manage backlog prioritization using frameworks like RICE
Proven experience leading grooming/planning sessions, collaborating across multi‑company or cross‑functional teams, and maintaining product tools such as Jira or Aha!
