Responsibilities
Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives
Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping
Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
Leading project delivery from initiation to completion
Managing client relationships and engaging in daily interactions
Ensuring quality assurance and adherence to best practices in analytics implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree); Master's degree preferred
Typically, 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field
Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms
Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields
Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle
A valid passport and US driver's license; willingness and ability to travel as needed
