Responsibilities

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for business evaluation
Utilize data pipelines to forecast business growth and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic business plans
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills
Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on business performance
Engage with clients to gather feedback and improve service delivery
Monitor industry trends to inform business strategies and decisions
Support the implementation of new healthcare technologies and systems
Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations
Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Required

3 - 5 years' experience in a Business Analyst or data analysis role
Increasing involvement in moderate to complex projects
Experience with process flow documentation and design
2 - 5 years' experience in a healthcare environment
Proven experience in healthcare data analysis and reporting
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) in healthcare
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Experience with data forecasting and pipeline management
Excellent skills in creating reports and presentations for stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to enhance operational efficiency
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams on strategic initiatives
Proficiency in risk identification and mitigation strategies
Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions
Must be able to pass a background check
