Responsibilities
Manage existing relationships and daily transactions with critical business partners
Service assigned accounts quickly and efficiently while providing high-quality customer experience and support
Work to professionally resolve/deescalate issues for assigned accounts, bringing any critical issues to the proper points of escalation
Complete required reporting in a prompt and accurate manner
Perform a number of accounting functions as well as verify services pricing with internal teams and external partners
Proactively throughout the month and prior to the monthly close period, request and review transactional data (pricing and weights of shipments/services) to ensure accuracy for our Finance team
On-call hours are required for this role and are compensated accordingly
Qualification
Required
1 – 2 years of Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
High level of attention to detail
Preferred
Database management experience is preferred
