Managing a team of roughly 100 clinical and support staff
Ensuring high surgical volume and quality of care
Promoting professional growth through tuition reimbursement and leadership development support
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five (or 3 clinical nursing experience + 2 years management capacity)
New Mexico Current RN license
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
Requires strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred
Master's degree in nursing and/or related field
