Program Consultant
CBRE is a leading real estate services and investment firm, and they are seeking a Program Consultant to support their Project Management Team. The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services, as well as developing and executing procurement strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities
As a Program Consultant, you will support the Project Management Team with development and execution of work related to design and construction projects
Work with business stakeholders, operational shared services team members, and sponsors to develop, coordinate, and execute strategy at Account level. You must be very well organized and have strong communication skills, while holding yourself and others accountable for deliverables and outcomes
Source and Qualify new Vendors, and effectively manage the Vendor onboarding process
Plan and install national contracting and procurement strategies. Prepare and maintain contracts with national service providers by company standards. Build relationships with suppliers and contractors
Create and manage RFPs, selecting solutions, and negotiating. Prepare and maintain contracts with national and regional service providers. Ensure contracts adhere to company and Client standards
Support national sourcing processes and practices with internal stakeholders. Coordinate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers
Establish requirements and ensure the integrity of centralized procurement database systems
Serve as a point of contact for management and liaise with outside procurement solutions
Provide clients with innovative technologies, products, and services to generate value and stay ahead of the competition
Qualification
Required
Direct experience working for or with General Contractors
Extensive Sourcing and Procurement experience is required
Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for General Contractors and Design Consultants is required
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment while leading multiple initiatives in varying stages
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred
Experience in Construction Project Delivery and directly managing Vendors executing the work is preferred
Retail Construction or Financial/Professional Services Sector experience is beneficial
Certified Paralegal or equivalent experience is preferred
