$19.50/hr - $19.50/hrGritrSports.com is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Picker to join their warehouse team. The role involves accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves to ensure timely delivery to customers and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Locate and pick items according to digital pick tasks with high accuracy
Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects during the picking process. And inventory accuracy for a more efficient picking process and warehouse storage
Packing Support: Assist in preparing items for shipment by placing them in designated staging areas
Inventory Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe environment for all team members
Equipment Use: Safely operate manual pallet jacks or handheld RF scanners (training provided)
Qualification
Required
Reliability: Must be able to commit to the 7:00 AM start time consistently
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50lbs
Attention to Detail: Precision is key to ensuring customers receive the correct items, and inventory located in correct locations
Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to help coworkers during busy periods
Preferred
Experience: Previous warehouse or retail stock experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate!
