Provide comprehensive legal counsel to senior executives and business teams on regulatory compliance, product development, and strategic initiatives
Develop and implement legal strategies that support AWS's business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance
Conduct thorough legal analysis of complex business scenarios, offering clear and actionable recommendations
Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with AWS's operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of legal experience
Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
Preferred
Experience in complex domestic and international business litigation, including trial experience and counseling parties and witnesses in pre-dispute and dispute resolution or equivalent context
Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
Experience in data center engineering or operations
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
Experience in Regulatory Law
