Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests
Use hosting and POS systems
Take and process carry-out orders
Handle cash, cards, coupons, and voids
Keep lobby and FOH clean, stocked, and guest-ready
Maintain guest database and send daily reports
Check on tables, ensure satisfaction, and recover service when needed
Support servers, bussers, and expo during busy times
Open and close restaurant areas as key holder, including walk-throughs and locking
Follow safety, sanitation, dress, and schedule requirements
Help guests with directions, village info, and menu descriptions
Assist in leader responsibilities when Captain is not available
Perform other duties as assigned by manager
