They are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in delivery leadership to coordinate multiple development teams and drive execution rigor in client engagements.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate multiple parallel development teams across different client projects
Own sprint execution, delivery timelines, and cross-team dependencies
Rapidly switch context between projects, teams, and client priorities without losing execution quality
Act as the primary delivery interface between clients, engineering, and internal leadership
Own Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure strong Agile hygiene across all teams
Enforce best practices for backlog grooming, sprint commitments, and release planning
Mentor teams on Scrum discipline and continuous improvement
Deep hands-on ownership of Jira configuration, workflows, and reporting
Define and manage team velocity, sprint predictability, and delivery KPIs
Establish and track Jira-based metrics such as: Velocity, Sprint burndown/burnup, Cycle time / lead time, Throughput and delivery predictability
Use metrics to proactively identify risks and drive corrective actions
Design and implement AI-assisted automation for delivery operations
Quickly stand up agents integrated with Jira, Slack, and GPT-based tools
Automate: Sprint and delivery reporting, Status updates across multiple teams, KPI tracking and alerts
Drive a low-friction, automation-first operating model for delivery management
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Senior PM, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or TAM
Strong background in Dev Services / Consulting companies working with multiple concurrent clients
Expert-level knowledge of Jira (workflows, dashboards, automations)
Proven mastery of Scrum and Agile delivery frameworks
Demonstrated ability to manage several parallel development teams at once
Strong communication skills with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Ability to operate in fast-changing, high-context-switch environments
Preferred
Experience working in Data Platform, Data Engineering, or Analytics-focused companies
Familiarity with cloud-native and data-intensive delivery environments
Hands-on experience with AI agents, workflow automation, and LLM-powered tools
Prior ownership of delivery metrics automation at scale
AWS, or DataBricks certifications
