Responsibilities
Manage enterprise-wide macOS deployments
Develop and enforce policies for Mac security, patching, and compliance
Manage software deployments, scripting, and automation using Jamf Pro, Intune, or similar MDM tools
Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on macOS devices
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, etc.)
Ensure seamless integration between macOS and M365 applications
Support and maintain Windows desktops, laptops, and virtual environments where necessary
Assist with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
Support and maintain other cloud-based applications and SaaS solutions used across the organization
Monitor and improve system performance, security, and scalability
Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices for device and data protection
Support end users with advanced troubleshooting and IT service requests
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in enterprise-level macOS administration
Strong expertise with Jamf Pro, Intune, or other MDM solutions for macOS management
Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 applications and cloud environments
Proficiency with Windows desktop administration and troubleshooting
Experience with cloud-based identity management, including Entra ID
Knowledge of IT security best practices, encryption, and compliance frameworks
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified IT Professional (ACITP)
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100/MD-101)
Familiarity with cloud storage and backup solutions (Google Workspace, AWS, Dropbox Business, etc.)
Experience working in a hybrid macOS/Windows enterprise environment
