Responsibilities
Establish and oversee a transformation portfolio management framework, ensuring clear visibility on milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs
Provide leadership support to all PPL transformation projects, focusing on AI-tech enabled automation, and coordinate with external consultants to streamline operations
Develop governance routines for portfolio management, ensuring prioritization, strategic decision-making, and alignment with corporate objectives
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and readiness for change, maintaining consistent communication and tracking business impacts across projects
Lead cross-functional teams in defining success metrics, planning, and managing dependencies, and resolving issues to support workstream delivery effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in HR transformation or large-scale operating model re-design
Strong program/project management expertise and ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the capability to distill complexity into actionable plans
