Responsibilities
Define and execute outbound and ABM strategies targeting top mortgage servicers, banks, and lenders
Run structured discovery and stakeholder mapping across risk, compliance, operations, and IT
Own pre-sales customer interaction in partnership with the founders
Build and refine early GTM systems — CRM, reporting, outbound sequences, and messaging frameworks
Orchestrate pilots with clear success metrics and outcomes tied to ROI
Collaborate with founders and forward-deployed engineers to design and present solutions
Navigate InfoSec, legal, and procurement to get deals signed
Contribute to content and storytelling that drives enterprise credibility (case studies, posts, event narratives)
Qualification
Required
Write clearly, communicate crisply, and can hold your own in a room of senior executives
Enjoy creative GTM work, crafting messaging, building decks, running experiments
Have experience consulting or selling into highly regulated sectors like banking, lending, or fintech
Are proactive, disciplined, and energized by complexity. The kind of person who thrives when stakes are high
