Director of Corporate Accounts
The Mullings Group is seeking a Director of Corporate Accounts to drive business development within the medical device and healthcare supply chain sectors. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and delivering customized solutions to clients while achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical device and healthcare supply chain sectors
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship development
Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospect pain points, operational challenges, and growth objectives
Present customized GMLx solutions that address client needs across warehousing, distribution, inventory management, quality control, and specialized services
Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that articulate GMLx's value proposition and competitive advantages
Negotiate contracts and pricing structures that align with client requirements and GMLx business objectives
Responsibilities may evolve over time based on business needs, growth initiatives, and strategic priorities
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with internal operations, finance, quality, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
Maintain deep understanding of client industries, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics
Build long-term relationships that position GMLx as a strategic partner, not just a vendor
Identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts
Monitor healthcare logistics market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Provide feedback to leadership on market needs, pricing dynamics, and service enhancement opportunities
Represent GMLx at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
Maintain current knowledge of FDA regulations, healthcare compliance requirements, and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in healthcare logistics, medical device distribution, 3PL services, or related verticals in healthcare
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Existing relationships within the medical device or healthcare distribution industries
Track record of developing new territories or markets from the ground up
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to understand and articulate technical logistics solutions to diverse audiences
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management capabilities
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 30% for client meetings and industry events
Preferred
Experience selling logistics, warehousing, or supply chain services is a plus
Knowledge of FDA regulations, medical device handling requirements, and healthcare compliance is a plus
