Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models supporting operational, supply chain, and financial initiatives
Partner with finance, operations, and executive leadership teams to deliver accurate datasets, KPIs, and reporting packages supporting budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
Develop standardized reporting frameworks and self‑service BI capabilities for business users
Build, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, data models, and relational database structures to ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity
Partner with Internal IT to integrate and manage data flows across internal and cloud‑based systems, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, SQL Services, and Enterprise SaaS Applications
Support the development of reliable data pipelines for visibility into logistics, inventory, and operational activity
Work with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and transform business needs into technical BI solutions
Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with internal standards and governance practices
Present findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
This role will also provide collaborative support of our business users and technologies
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data modeling, visualization, and DAX development
Strong SQL experience, including query optimization and relational database management
Familiarity with Azure data services (Data Factory, Blob Storage, SQL Services)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic distribution and supply chain focused environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field
3 to 5+ years' experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering, ideally within a distribution, logistics, or supply chain focused environment
Experience with financial reporting and cross‑functional analytics
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and BI best practices
Exposure to AI‑driven analytics and data enrichment tools within the Microsoft ecosystem
Experience using Spreadsheet Server Financial Reporting (plus)
Experience building process automations using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
