Responsibilities
Handle Breaking News
Talk to reporters and news makers via FaceTime and Skype
Self-direct the show
Set up and coordinate guests for in-studio or remote appearances
Plan content for each day
Perform "live read" commercials from the East Texas Now desk
Talk a lot!
Qualification
Required
Competence in reporting live, online, and on air
Reporting on digital platforms, often live via FaceTime or Skype
Setting up guests and reporters
Computer skills
Preferred
Experience in talk radio is a plus
