Supporting DCI’s sales teams in Florida and the Mid-Atlantic regions
Blending strategy and hands-on execution across digital channels, analytics, and sales enablement
Focusing on commercial, industrial, and property management decision-makers

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of progressive B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in construction, building materials, commercial services, or similar industries
Proven success planning and executing integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads for a sales team
Hands-on experience with outbound and inbound marketing. Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, social platforms, website CMS's, marketing automation, and CRM systems
Strong analytics skills, including proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics and CRM reporting to measure pipeline impact and ROI
Demonstrated ability to create or guide content tailored to technical and non-technical B2B audiences
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on roles in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred

Familiarity with commercial roofing, construction, facilities management, or property management markets is strongly preferred
