Administrative Assistant
Boly:Welch is a small family-owned firm recognized for its work in the design-build space. They are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, manage client communications, and coordinate projects.

Responsibilities
Support daily operations while staying closely connected to client contracts, communications, and project coordination
Prepare and polish contracts
Follow up with clients
Keep crew calendars and project schedules on track
Provide weekly status reports
Support coordination between employees and IT
Assist with site and crew logistics
Source vendors
Arrange equipment rentals
Coordinate materials
Help with special events, holiday client cards and gifts, and the occasional errand
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet research, with PC/MAC devices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred but not required
