Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to break down big-picture goals into actionable, strategic plans
Ensure that the company’s vision is executed efficiently and consistently across all departments
Manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring that processes are smooth, and the company’s goals are met
Align department objectives with company goals to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
Optimize and streamline office functions, such as vendor management, resource allocation, and overall business administration
Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership, department heads, and staff
Ensure that all communication channels are clear and effective, enabling teams to collaborate efficiently
Act as a liaison between leadership and staff to maintain organizational clarity and ensure that objectives are understood by all
Oversee department heads to ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are being met
Ensure the right people are in the right roles, driving performance and responsibility
Monitor employee performance metrics and provide feedback to ensure alignment with company goals
Step in to resolve operational issues and remove roadblocks when needed
Make data-driven decisions to navigate challenges and ensure the firm remains on track toward its objectives
Track the progress of key initiatives and make adjustments necessary to ensure the company achieves its targets
Keep teams aligned with the broader goals and objectives of the firm
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that roles are filled with qualified candidates who fit the company culture
Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes for key roles within the company
Assist with recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent for both internal and client needs
Serve as a hands-on recruiter for critical positions when needed, ensuring the firm's recruitment needs are met efficiently and effectively
Assist in developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in office management, operations, or related fields
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge gaps between teams and leadership
Experience in recruitment, including hands-on recruiting for specific roles
Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable steps for the team
Proficiency with office management tools and operations platforms
