This role involves leading the post-sale organization, ensuring clients maximize value from the EnerKnol Platform, and transforming the current Account Management function into a proactive Customer Success organization.

Responsibilities
Lead and scale the post-sale organization
Manage the entire customer lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption to renewals and strategic expansion
Transition the current Account Management function into a world-class Customer Success organization
Ensure clients derive maximum value from regulatory data and research
Serve as the critical bridge between technical data delivery and tangible business outcomes
Transform complex data streams into competitive advantages for clients
Run workshops, lunch-and-learns, and webinars to educate customers on platform use
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading Customer Success or Account Management teams, preferably in a SaaS or data-driven environment
Proven track record of managing the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and strategic expansion
Strong understanding of regulatory intelligence, data analytics, and the energy market
Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights for clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in conducting workshops and webinars
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with enterprise clients, including utilities and private equity firms
Experience in transitioning teams from reactive to proactive customer engagement
Preferred
Experience in the energy sector or with regulatory data platforms
Familiarity with customer success metrics and methodologies
Background in project management or strategic planning
