People & Culture Engagement Partner (Hybrid)
AAA National is seeking a People and Culture Engagement Partner to cultivate a positive associate experience throughout the employment lifecycle. This role focuses on driving engagement, supporting inclusion efforts, and enhancing employee voices through strategic initiatives and collaboration across HR functions.

Responsibilities
Lead employee experience programs – Own onboarding, engagement, recognition, and cultural initiatives that make work meaningful
Champion inclusion and belonging – Drive campaigns and support resource groups to foster an inclusive workplace
Amplify employee voices – Manage surveys, feedback channels, and communications to ensure every perspective is heard
Support learning and growth – Coordinate training programs, create content, and help employees access development opportunities
Partner across HR functions – Collaborate on benefits, rewards, and compliance to deliver a seamless People & Culture experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational development
Proven success in leading engagement initiatives and supporting Inclusion & Belonging efforts, with strong collaboration across HR functions such as Benefits, Compensation, Learning & Development, and People Analytics
Strong project management skills
Preferred
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
