Responsibilities
Assisting with the coordination and execution of in-person and virtual training sessions
Supporting the organization, updating, and maintenance of learning content and training materials
Contributing to content development and internal communications related to learning and engagement initiatives
Assisting with the planning and execution of employee engagement events and activities
Supporting tracking, reporting, and analysis of training and engagement metrics
Assisting with audits, documentation, and continuous process improvement
Collaborating with cross-functional partners on departmental initiatives and special projects
Qualification
Required
You have a passion for learning, connecting with others, and contributing to initiatives that create an engaging and inclusive employee experience
You are currently enrolled as a full-time Freshmen, Sophomore, or Junior in a four-year college
Your major is related to Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field
You're able to commit to an 8- or 10-week internship
You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
You have strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
You're local to Los Angeles, CA and available to work onsite, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)
