Responsibilities

Define and maintain selection standards for GSA growth accounts, regularly reviewing alignment with strategic goals
Champion GSA growth through enhanced account management, leveraging customer insights, scorecards, and third-party data
Partner with regional sales leaders to support GSA long-term growth strategies
Engage with research & development to accelerate innovation and solution development identified through and targeted at GSA customers
Guide development and execution of customer-specific and systemic action plans
Ensure successful rollout and compliance through close liaison with senior account managers and sales champions
Provide consistent reporting on program insights, business outcomes, customer feedback, and emerging issues

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 8 years' experience in customer-facing roles (sales, strategic marketing, customer success leadership, or relevant industry experience)
Proven track record in leading multi-regional teams and strategic growth initiatives
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Top-tier interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Executive presence and negotiation capability
Ability to drive measurable results across diverse value streams in a global environment
Ability to travel 75%, including overnight and globally

Preferred

Master's Degree (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree
Experience in filtration and separation product sales or energy transition solutions
