Responsibilities
Planning: managing content calendars and setting key performance indicators
Content Management: creating, curating, scheduling, and publishing high-quality original content for various platforms
Community Engagement: monitoring channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and fostering a positive online community
Campaign Management: planning and executing social media advertising campaigns and managing budgets
Analytics and Reporting: tracking metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and reporting on ROI
Brand Consistency: ensuring all content and interactions align with the organization’s brand voice, identity, and values
Trend Monitoring: staying current with the social media algorithms, platform updates, and emerging trends to keep Sepsis Alliance relevant
Qualification
Required
Relevant professional experience in social media marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities remotely
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic remote environment
