Responsibilities
Match invoices to online purchase orders accurately and timely
Enter non-purchase order invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Review invoice entries for accuracy
Work with branches to ensure invoices are paid according to company policy
Maintain positive relationships with branch offices and company suppliers
Process at least 200+ invoices per week, including reviewing, entering, and processing
Handle purchase orders, check returns, and voids
Communicate with vendors and manage remittance address calls
Manage ACH setup requests
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in invoice processing and purchase order management
Experience with Accounts Payable and invoicing
Familiarity with JD Edwards
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business since 2022 with some business experience or internship
Experience in a client-facing role such as customer service, banking, financial advising, or loan processing
Experience with basic sorting and filtering in Microsoft Excel
