Responsibilities
Lead daily sales operations and manage the sales floor
Set, track, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coach, train, and hold the sales team accountable to activity, process, and performance standards
Drive unit volume while protecting front-end gross profit targets, ensuring disciplined deal structure and pricing integrity
Ensure consistent deal quality that balances customer experience with dealership profitability
Oversee all inbound and outbound sales leads across digital and in-store channels
Ensure accurate CRM usage, follow-up cadence, and documentation
Analyze lead sources and conversion data to identify areas for improvement
Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with Harley-Davidson brand standards
Maintain strong CXI and NPS performance
Resolve customer escalations professionally and efficiently
Partner closely with F&I to ensure strong front-end deal structure that supports back-end product penetration and total deal profitability
Support dealership goals for F&I gross and product penetration
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and applicable regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Leader (automotive or powersports preferred)
Strong understanding of dealership sales processes, CRM systems, and lead management
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and implement improvements
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand is a strong plus
