Koelsch Communities is a family-owned organization operating nearly 40 senior living communities across eight states. They are seeking a mission-minded and relationship-driven sales & marketing leader to develop and increase occupancy levels at Canterbury Inn through effective marketing strategies and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Be the community leader responsible for providing the highest level of customer service including building a prospect base, responding to inquiries, generating and giving community tours, and performing purposeful follow-up

Coordinates the annual and monthly marketing action plans

Maintains census rates and inquiry history

Maintains marketing collateral

Coordinates for all move-ins

Maintains the mailing and follow-up calls with customers and referrals

Completes a weekly marketing report

Maintains Guest and Showrooms

Communicates regularly with department managers, community leaders, and other marketing staff

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Sales and marketing experience

Effective leader who loves working with seniors

Team-focused individual with a deep commitment to customer service

Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely

Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public

Preferred

Experience working in the senior living industry
