Qualification
Required
High School Diploma Required for all new hires staring 4/1/14
Two (2) or more years of applicable work experience
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
Knowledge of servers configurations and hardware installation
Knowledge of Active Directory, LAN and WAN
Must be able to manage multiple projects
Must be able to work independently and proactively
A strong background in customer service is required
Expertise in all aspects of Windows systems administration
A very strong grasp of networking fundamentals
Previous experience supporting medium to large data centers
An aggressive, detailed approach to problem-solving
A strong appreciation for and knowledge of best practices in maintaining a highly secure environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
MCSA Certification or MSCE Microsoft Certification preferred
VMware ESX, Backup Technologies, Disaster Recovery
