Responsibilities

Accurate completion and processing of new account and servicing paperwork

Updates client database and files

Communicates with clients and advisors in a professional manner and is responsive to their needs

Oversees a segment of clients requiring ongoing support, identifying opportunities for additional products and services

Completes reports, as needed

Ensure company service standards are continually achieved in area of responsibility

Perform clerical and administrative duties to support the departments sales and service function

Address customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally

Process customer files, general correspondence, and other related transactions

Appointment scheduling for brokers

Accurate processing of checks and securities

Facilitate reviews of current client accounts

Qualification

Series 6 licenseSeries 63 licenseState Life & Health Insurance licenseFinancial industry experienceClient communicationPortfolio administrationAnalytical skillsProactive mindsetOrganizational skills

Required

High School diploma, with some business-related college courses required

One to three years financial industry related experience

Series 6 and 63 (or higher) and State Life & Health Insurance licenses are required

Strong communication skills
