ETL Developer II
Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a talented individual to join their Digital Marketing Operations team. The role involves creating, managing, and delivering audience data for marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on data processes and workflows.

Responsibilities
Build data extensions and write queries to create audience segments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Develop and manage data processes and workflows, including ad-hoc processes and automated triggers
Create and monitor data pipelines for marketing campaigns and providing optimized solutions for existing data process flows
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in marketing operations and/or campaign management
Experience in Amazon Redshift and writing complex SQL for data segmentation and extraction
Experience working with Databricks, with proficiency in writing PySpark code to build data pipelines and API feeds
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
