Responsibilities
Contribute to moderate-scale projects with minimal supervision, aiming to increase user satisfaction and task success rate
Create UX solutions that demonstrate a desired outcome and deliver consistent UX designs throughout a product or service
Prototype rapidly, validate with users, and iterate until friction is removed
Consult with other UX designers, project teams, and business stakeholders on UX/UI decisions
Lead UX initiatives as part of a strategic business goal; in doing so, you will have the opportunity to expand your strategic toolkit
Mentoring junior peers, positioning yourself for career growth
All other job duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Possess an effective understanding of the UX process and methodologies
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
Exhibit the ability to clearly explain ideas to business stakeholders, then effectively apply those ideas with the project team
Preferred
Experience working with software development teams utilizing agile methodologies
