Outside Sales Representative - Autobody Paint and Supplies Specialist
Confidential company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for automotive shops in Northwest Iowa. The role involves maintaining existing customer relationships while acquiring new accounts and becoming an expert in autobody paint, coatings, and other automotive supplies.

Responsibilities
Call on body shops regularly, set up a routine schedule of visits with existing customers
Sell automotive paint, coatings, and shop supplies
Seek, grow existing accounts, and acquire new customers
Be an expert for customers and coworkers
Perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional business, management, or technical training preferred
Previous experience with automotive parts, paint, and collision repair (sales or shop)
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with computers, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to interpret and apply safety regulations, company policies, and operational guidelines
Experience in automotive service or related technical environments
Sales experience in the automotive field
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
